I know what it’s like to have made one too many attempts to lose that weight, to be confused by diet trends, or just straight up not knowing what to believe really works or where to even start.
I’ve even overcome emotional eating and using food to cope with uncertainties.

Meal Plans
A 60min consultation
We’ll spend time getting to know you on a deeper level and your health history. Let’s discuss the relationship you have with food (past and present experiences), your body, and the origins of any unwanted eating. We’ll discuss some of your overall health and wellness goals, your current daily routines, what you currently consume in your diet, what success looks like to you, and so much more.
Two 1hr Zoom check-in calls
We’ll touch base and check in via a Zoom call 2 times for the month; one mid program, and one final call will be during week 4 of the meal plan. During each session, we’ll discuss your adherence to your personalized meal plan, all progress made, review your eating, and we’ll work through any roadblocks you may have experienced. Our coaching calls are recorded and e-mailed to you for further reference.
Text message and/or e-mail check-in
I will be in contact with you once per week via text message. These check-ins will help with keeping you on track, and holding yourself accountable. Aside from the text check-ins, you still have access to me for any questions, concerns or additional support you may need, at any time! You have open access to me! You read that right; you have your very own nutritionist in your back pocket.

This general 1hr consultation call is best for you if :
You have some general health questions, concerns, or would like some tips/advice pertaining to your own journey.
You have general questions pertaining to your own experiences, are very serious about getting started on your transformation, and want to increase your results by being able to apply things learned on call.
You’re not ready quite ready for a 1:1 coaching relationship or a meal plan, but would still would like to talk together to discuss some of your goals, how obtainable they are, and so much more.
My program will not be effective for you if…
Excuses are your first resort
You are not willing to motivate yourself
You do not welcome being held accountable
You’re not ready to start taking action steps today
You’re not willing to work hard to accomplish your goals
You’re not someone who honors time, task commitments, money
You are not willing to meet me at least half way with effort and consistency
You’re doubtful or see every reason why something “can’t” work instead of thinking of every reason it could work
