I weighed 230lbs for as long as I could remember (literally ALL of my adult life)!
I had my family's support, tons of friends, an active social life, and great paying job.
But none of that mattered because my health was suffering and deep down I knew something wasn't right.
I was always feeling exhausted and out of energy.
I ate junk food all day, never exercised, and was on the cusp of having high blood pressure.
I somehow convinced myself that living this way was fine, but I knew better.
I had enough of looking in the mirror feeling unhappy about my reflection, rolls, double chin, and underlying low self-esteem.
I decided to stop lying to myself and face my truths head on.. what’s the worst that could happen, right?
Well... I lost over 85lbs in 8 months!!!!!
And the craziest part...
I lost my first 50lbs WITHOUT STEPPING FOOT IN A GYM!
50lbs lost without stepping foot in anyone’s gym; yet I gained a newfound level of energy, strength, discipline, and confidence!
I felt so proud of myself.
My personal weight loss & health journey unlocked the power and importance of nutrition in my world!
I became obsessed with nutrition and wellness and HAD to go to school to learn more.
I had a new passion to help others who felt like I used to feel; helping them go from being unhappy to the happiest in their entire life.
