What does it truly mean to take care of your mind? Do you know that the main hormone that stabilizes our mood, happiness, & feeling of well-being is called Serotonin?! It affects our ENTIRE body; sleeping, eating, and even digestion!
Can I tell you something else? 90% of that happy hormone is found in our gut! Yup, our gut! So what does this mean? If you take care of your gut, you’re nurturing your mind and happiness, to say the least. Your newfound healthy habits will last you a lifetime once we turn your mindset barriers into game changers.
Body
Every human body is different and requires a custom tailored combination of food, exercise, and balance! There is no one size fit all approach when tackling your wellness journey, & I’m so sorry to break it to you but… diets don’t work, lifestyle changes do! I stand on this.
Rather than ever promoting temporary fad diets that everyone forgets about in a couple months anyway; I believe in promoting healthy, effective, lifestyle changes. Get up! Get moving! Get active!
Doing this brings dramatic results, and lasts a lifetime too.
Nutrition/Wellness
Eating clean doesn’t mean you have to eat salads all day long, we can make it fun! There are so many different healthy ways to prepare and have foods; I just cant wait for us to explore them.
Some of us have allergies, sensitivities, likes & dislikes to different foods, and thats perfectly normal! While we work together, I’ll always take these factors into consideration.
